InfoLink, a system which allows over 300,000 account holders direct access to their payment and billing information via the Internet.

Technical leader for web application development which included the design and implementation of a customer services interface to the Oracle financial applications suite. Features included inventory, order, shipping and payment status. Developed web based data warehouse application for analysis of sales history data. These ground up efforts included webserver and firewall installation/configuration, modifications to the Oracle interface applications, data modeling and design of custom applications.
Project leader for the development of the document management and imaging system. The system was based on Optika imaging and Oracle database technology. Features included integrated capture to laser disk of incoming Fax, local scanning and computer output (COLD). The resulting system replaces "greenbar" report distribution as well as archaic paper based storage archives.

Assigned as lead design engineer to the corporate sponsored multi-year project for development of a data management and image retrieval system for documents, drawings and other data. Also assigned as system administrator and Security Officer for the Integrated Test and Analysis System, a network of HP and Sun computers supporting 40 users.
Senior Configuration/Data Management Analyst, November 1988 - April 1992
Responsibilities included Division Task Leader and user support for Computer Vision's CADDS product line. Was responsible for porting and rehosting of custom code originated in FORTRAN on CGOS platforms to the C language on Sun workstations; development of UNIX shell scripts to automate system maintenance tasks; and administration support for the Division's CAD/CAM network.
Was Program Configuration Manager for all International Programs. Developed PC based support tools for configuration management applications. These database applications were designed to provide engineering configuration identification and status accounting information and reporting to customers and other departments within the Division.
